I worked in a place where my boss daily/hourly kicked s*&t in my face.
That went on for 15 years! She wanted me to be fired and openly campaigned for it the whole time I worked for her. I am certain no minority female on earth would have tolerated that for 15 minutes.
So-I have to laugh at this kind of thing... where was my white privilege for 15 years? What a joke!
My wife had the same ‘problem’ at a place she worked once. The supervisor was a racist black woman with a chip on her shoulder. She only wanted blacks on her shift and any white was brow beaten until they quit..................
