Back around 1980, I applied for a state job. Was hired and got all the paperwork done and was ready to start the next morning. Got a call at 5 the evening before say they couldn’t hire me because they had to hire a black. That job was listed for many years because not one black applied. So, this cracker was out of a job and no other honkies were allowed to take it. Now, who’s being held down by da man?
