Biology determines sex. Gender is whatever the heck you want it to be. That said, if a biolgical male has a case of testicular cancer but the patient referers to himself as female, WTH is the NHS demanding the doctor do? What EXACTLY does the NHS have a problem with? Rudeness or something that adversely affects patient outcomes?
