It must be assumed that when “Rebel” forces surrender, many are put to death on the spot, after all, this is the Arab way.
The Syrians, Iranians, Hizbollah, [North Korea]and Russia have no mercy whatsoever, that is why they won. The West (as usual) was indecisive and as a result, always loses out to tyrants and dictators.
