There are pictures of him schmoozing it up with Rove. He’s as establishment as you get, a male Harriett Miers. He will be confirmed and as squishy as Kennedy.
When the legal names mentioned with him are Kagan and Kennedy, I don’t know why McConnell wouldn’t love the guy. And I heard Mitch wanted the fellow of Indian heritage, so this all seems to be disinformation.

Democrats are really being disengenious when they say Kavanaugh wants to overturn Roe v Wade. He has said the opposite many times and has called it the law of the land and has said its established precedent. They just hate him cause they hate Trump. I don’t like his views on abortion and that’s why Barrett was my favorite. But it is what it is and Kavanaugh is 1000 times better than anybody HRC would have selected.
