Somehow, I doubt that he’s going to want to go back to Kentucky as the one that prevented a conservative majority on the Supreme Court. He’ll whine, cry and grandstand for the cameras...but he’ll vote to confirm in the end.
He might get tackled again when he returns home if he sends this nominee down the drain.
