The judge sums it up: Pres. Trump will pick either Kethledge or Hardiman and he analyzes why he thinks it will be one of these two.

We'll find out soon enough. Both seem to be strong second amendment supporters as well as pro life. IMHO Hardiman appears weak on immigration.

So if Judge Nap says it will definitely be either Kethledge or Hardiman. Then that means it will be either Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett since Judge Nap is usually completely wrong (I'm still waiting for indictment of Hillary Clinton to come down that his “top FBI contacts” said was a done deal way back in 2016....)

According to some articles here and there, Leo provided the list of potential nominees and has some influence over who was selected. If the Trump Administration listens to Leo, with the influence that feminism has in Leo's demographic, it will be Barrett.
