They should have several teams of Secret Service police on standby to quickly get to any location this happens then arrest all involved. It doesn’t matter if the charges stick; just that they got a record of being arrested. Spending a few nights in jail wouldn’t hurt either. Call it a national security issue.
I don’t like using the heavy hand of the law like that but these are not normal times or circumstances.
