My guess is that Medical Schools are worried that they may end up being LEGALLY LIABLE FOR DAMAGES caused by unqualified graduates that, SOLELY BECAUSE OF RACE, the schools recruited and fed into the medical profession over more highly qualified candidates.

I think ‘legacy students’, students who have little or no requirement for entry just because their parent(s) were accepted, graduated and then remained part of the Alumni should be stopped. It perpetuates family dynasties, establishes and then facilitates upper upper snobbish class.
