Or you could just hire a nanny from flyover country. My daughter worked as one between college years. Of course, the families actually interviewed her and paid for airline flights and airport limos, with an average cost to them of roughly $600 per round trip.
Hiring someone from fly-over country ... my SIL was a nanny for a rich family in big city for a couple of years while her hubs was in college.
The parents and the school hardly knew what hit them ...common sense was so rare in that environment. Some of her stories left us gob-smacked, too.
