The Constitutional exercise of Presidential powers trumps everything else. Why is there even a discussion?
Right - this is not a matter that is even justiciable. The judges on the 9th Circuit have demonstrated total incompetence - at best. This is middle school level civics...and these people have law degrees and are wearing black robes?
