I don't think either Collins or Murkowsi is aware of what a Partial Abortion is if it is not prenatal. The abortionist lets the baby get almost out of the birth canal when that monster inserts a tube into the baby's brain and sucks that brain out.

Why you ask, don't they just allow the birth to continue and kill the baby with something to the heart.

Because this way, the organs etc are still alive, the baby parts can be sold through Planned Parenthood.
