I don’t know if Homan had weakness or whether it has been due to the vindictive obstructionist RAT senators, I suspect the latter.

Everything I’ve read about Homan is that he’s done a good job.

NYT article says Homan was set to retire in Dec, 2017 but he was encouraged to stay on. Guess he got tired of the bureaucracy.
