WASHINGTON (AP) The opening on the Supreme Court has created a dilemma for Democratic senators up for re-election this year in the states that President Donald Trump won in 2016.
The choice on whether to support the upcoming nominee to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy will be a test for several Democrats in tough races. It could be particularly difficult for Sens. Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota, Joe Donnelly of Indiana and West Virginia's Joe Manchin.

It’s not the democrats that it puts pressure on, it’s the RINOs.
The democrats can be expected to vote against a Trump nominee.
It’s the RINO’s who want to vote against a Trump nominee, but know they will be seen for what they are right before an election if they do.
Several of those Democrats are in red states that went for Trump - sometimes by very wide margins. Being seen as taking marching orders from Oelosi and Schumer would not help their re-election campaigns one bit.

I am hoping for an epic fight and fail. That will seal the fate of “the conservative democrats” in wva nd ind mont and a few other places,we might have 60 after the rats pull a,stunt like Schumer is hoping for . Nothing can mess this up.
