If a conservative said what James Brown, er, Maxine Waters did he would be lambasted 24/7 on every alphabet channel.
And all roads would lead to President Trump of course.
There is one case where I agree with the SPLC and the precedent it created. That was the one against Tom Metzger. Some white supremacist had killed an Ethiopian in Oregon, and had attended some event where Metzger was there, or he was otherwise “inspired”. Metzger was sued for “vicarious liability”, and the family was awarded several millions, which Metzger is still required to pay off. If this shooter was in fact “inspired” by Rep. Maxine Waters, she can be held legally liable under the same precedent.
Maxine Waters, YOU are sounding off the dog whistles.
