Q1 was just 2%, but with Trump’s big deficit spending package Q2 should be high, as our debt obligations climb to the moon.

1984: last time we exceeded 5-percent. In the 1970s, I think we broke the 5-percent point around four occasions.

Beats continually hearing “unexpectedly” in government report announcements, that’s for darn sure.

And the stock market goes, bla. Just like it has done since the first of the year.
Makes you wonder doesn’t it?

Yes it is and whatever it may be, we all KNOW that it’ll be better than the numbers we suffered through with wee barry. We were actually in one of THE worst Recessions ( really a Depression sans the lowering of prices ) in this nation’s history, for those 8 long years.

Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's projected GDP growth of 4.7 percent for the second quarter. "I have no idea whether it will be that high" I'm guessing that Mnuchin has heard the rumors that it will be 5 percent. Always good to identify a possible target and then exceed the target.

Democrats go through so many fits of outrage, I forgot about that one!

“Makes you wonder” about what? I’ve been doing well in the stock market.
