If he manages to get his first choice confirmed, he could soon enjoy a strong conservative majority on the Supreme Court, and he dominates his party in Congress in a way we have rarely seen in modern times."~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Music to my ears...

“Republicans who control both halves of Congress won’t lift a finger against him and fully support his every move.”

That’s a completely wrong take on the situation.

Writer is an idiot.

Axios is Comcast.

Comcast is no friend to conservatives.

DNR with the dems this year and the next 6!

So, push your seat back, sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage, snack or popcorn as the Deep State is melting down each day.

Take time to enjoy your Schadenfreude as the Deep State rats and their trolls and rats panic. Enjoy your flight to reality with your pilot President Trump and his co pilot Vice President Pence. Savor each hour and each day as the Deep State Rats implode.

Don’t listen to the Never Trump Trolls saying, “ Nothing will happen!” That is what they are paid to say and post. They are panicking as that income will be going away!

The media, normally the last check on a president with total control of government, has lost the trust of most Republicans and many Democrats, after two years of slander and lies.

There, fixed it.

>>>Trump will soon have the conservative Supreme Court that Republicans dreamed of for a lifetime<<<

Nope, not even close until Buzzy Ginsberg is gone. After her comments about Candidate / POTUS Trump, she shouldn’t even be allowed to Rule on any Cases brought to the SCOTUS.

Well, duh. He was elected to be Chief Executive. How great the author is to recognize that.

Best election, best POTUS, evah!

President Trump, with his refusal to take advice or yield to experts, is the West Wing.

Well, yeah; that's the way the Constitution says it should be. Everyone in the executive branch works for him; he does not work for them.

Oh my goodness, you mean Trump doesn’t do exactly what the mandarins tell him to do, and read the speeches they write for him? It’s almost like he thinks he was elected president or something.

DJT was elected on the promise of changing things and cleaning out the rot in DC that has accumulated over the last couple of decades. He promised to do that and is making good on that promise. From a political perspective, Trump doesn't owe the 'Rats a thing. They hate his guts and always will, so f-them. Disloyal 'Pubs are also in that category, but some of them perhaps (note, perhaps) can be salvaged.

This is our chance to really get something done for a change. We can be agents of that change if we unite behind this President and stand up for those things we believe in. We have to get behind our candidates this fall and really push them over the finish line. No staying home and whining about how so-and-so isn't perfect, or a "true" whatever. It's either that or continue to be a voice howling in the wilderness. We've been that for too long and I for one am tired of it.

total control of government

I see the progs still have this on the short list of cut-and-paste talking points. A dictator with "total control of the government" should be getting a lot more things done, and with the snap of his finger as well, don't you think? I'm one dissatisfied customer.

An alumnus of the Bush 43 administration told me: “This president is facing fewer checks and balance than any president in recent history except perhaps George W. Bush after 9/11.

...

What a load of bull. Trump gets attacked 24/7 and has had to deal with a well funded witch hunt since taking office.

It figures an unnamed Bushie is used as a source.

Mohammed Mike Allen, cofounder of Axios, is a lefthole of the Jeffrey Zucker variety

Let's have some fun prodding around this lefthole's smelly orifice that produces such odious prose:

The media, normally the last check on a president with total control of government, has lost the trust of most Republicans and many Democrats, after two years of Trump pummeling.

Pummeling? Response? Boo-Hoo Frickin Schmoo!

Mohammed Mike ain't seen squat comepared to what's coming.

Next:

An alumnus of the Bush 43 administration told me: ...

Well Mohammed Allen, therein lies a source of rot that swirls around your person. Must suck to be you.

Mufti Allen continues

If you're a Democrat who now can't digest breakfast, presidential historian Michael Beschloss has this solace

"Polls show him with high standing among Republican voters. But history suggests that this may not last forever. Trump is under the growing shadow of the Mueller probe and other investigations."

Yes, yes quite right old chap, the Mueller probe is bound to take the Donaldus down, someday, somewhere, in some zone of distorted reality, because well because ...and especially if the Sage of all Sages Michael Beschloss proclaims it so.

I mean just look at Beschloss the Magnificent:

Does not that image grab you by your Eunuch and spell G R A V I T A S ?

Listen to His Swampness, the Deep State Recorder Ms. Michael Beschloss:

"And how often in history has a President been opposed by a majority of the voters with the intensity of the current national opposition to Trump?"

Tranny Beschloss is pleading to the rabble who support Trump that their continued defiance against the vast 'majority of voters' will be their downfall!

Trumpsters GIVE UP! GIVE UP NOW!

How disappointing Trump’s success must be to the DC machine. A guy with no political experience that has never held office before comes in and makes things happen in 18 months - economy turned around, North Korea comes to the negotiating table, Russia next at the table, supreme court justices that actually believe in the constitution being appointed... The Dems are turning more socialist while the mainstream republicans realize that the conservatives in the country are with Trump more than with them. Trump has a clear “if you aren’t part of the solution, you are part of the problem” approach to management and people are now realizing that....
