After the disaster with Roberts and whatever it is that the gangster-left in this country are hanging over his head, I would say take a pass on anyone with any remote ties to Clinton bodies.

I hope and pray Trump doesn’t pick another “Sessions”.

I don’t want a SCOTUS judge to rule on feelings rather than law like Sotomayor and Kagan.

The President is using the last list of justices he chose off of. Now we have to decide and dig dirt on that list. Target is Senate for that Info besides public.

So as Conservatives, we are deaf, dumb and blind and never to do our own due diligence on anything. If some “Conservative” leader says “jump” we just say “how far”.

I like Trump. That does not mean I think, or have to think he is infallible, always gets the best advice and is incapable of making an error. I actually think he would prefer the author of the article in his cabinet than the yes men you suggest we ought to be.

Judge Kavanaugh is being heavily pimped by the Establishment and Mainstream/Bush Republicans. And a favorite of the New York Times.
What could be wrong with this?
TWB

‘Judge Brett Kavanaugh, who was appointed by President George W. Bush;
https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/jun/27/brett-kavanaugh-amy-coney-barrett-amul-thapar-amon/

Kavanaugh also led the investigation into the suicide of Clinton aide Vincent Foster.
Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement, effective July 31, 2018. Kavanaugh is seen as a front-runner for appointment to fill that vacancy
After George W. Bush became president in 2001, Kavanaugh served for two years as Senior Associate Counsel and Associate Counsel to the President
Kavanaugh encouraged judges to first seek the “best reading” of the statute, through “interpreting the words of the statute” as well as the context of the statute as a whole, and only then apply other interpretive techniques that may justify an interpretation that differs from the “best meaning” such as constitutional avoidance, legislative history, and Chevron deference.[24]

Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit was a striking omission from the president’s original list. One administration official has said in the past that Judge Kavanaugh would be a leading candidate should Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, 81, decide to step down. Judge Kavanaugh is now officially on the list.

"I don't post a vanity quite every day, but when I do I make certain to say VANITY in the title."

OTOH when I post a sourced news article I at least, always, put enough information in the post that people will know what it's about, even if it's an excerpt.

....Also linked there is Rodriguez’s resignation letter, dated January 17, 1995, which states that “the existing FBI interview reports and USPP [United States Park Police] interview reports do not accurately reflect witness statements” and that after “having refreshed their recollection with new photographic evidence,” “four emergency medical personnel identified ... trauma each had observed on Foster’s right neck area.”....

Jeez, the FBI was protecting the Clintons even back then. Interesting

“The nomination of Kavanaugh would be ironic, given candidate Trump’s disparaging comment about a death investigation in which Kavanaugh played a major role.” (Vince Foster)

OOPS! I guess he’s out of contention.
