Using a private server to dodge Freedom of Information Act and public records laws is a minor crime. Using a private server to send Top Secret SCI materials via ordinary email is a serious felony that should have landed her in prison for more than a decade. This is the same deceptive strategy the Clintons used with “just about sex” twenty years ago when the real crime was perjury. It must be nice to have the entire mainstream media backing them up every time they commit a major crime.

And using a private server to store classified info for later distribution to foreign entities after they bribe you sufficiently is espionage and treason that should have landed her at the end of hangman's noose.

When the FBI made the claim that there was no 'intent' to commit a crime, that was so patently and crazily false, that I was absolutely astounded. The entire intent behind setting up a personal email server (in their own house!!!) was to evade reporting and monitoring.
