The DOJ’s IG report released by Inspector General Horowitz contains an entire Appendix (No. 2) that was totally redacted from the report. It was labeled “Law Enforcement Sensitive”. It’s now being reported that the Appendix contains damaging information on the Obama Administration’s former AG Loretta Lynch.

Think deeper, and without the fog of emotion and frustration. Hint: "Law Enforcement Sensitive" indicates that premature release of material may compromise or taint evidence that is presently in the hands of law enforcement.

We know that AG Sessions appointed a senior federal prosecutor, United States Attorney John Huber, back in November, 2017 to work alongside DOJ Inspector General Horowitz -- and that USA Huber has empaneled at least one grand jury to hear evidence produced by IG Horowitz and his staff of 470 investigators.

"Trump is rolling the dice 🎲 on November ..." Thankfully he's loading them too. The blue wave is turning into a red tide. The D's have the greatest risk in the Senate with 10 red state Senators at risk, while it is appearing more evident every day that we will hold the House even if a few seats are lost. It would be great if the conventional mid-term losses for the Party holding the Presidency was totally reversed - and it may happen. This is probably the most critical mid-term of our lives. If they get the House, impeachment is certain but it will go nowhere in the Senate. But if the R's are strengthened - hopefully they will take the actions necessary to reverse the side effects of unlawful immigration. I believe CA has 9 more House seats than they would have if only citizens were considered in apportioning seats. When I looked at 2016 House vote totals in CA - there were 6 Districts with total votes only between 115K to 137k - far less than normal districts with 200k-360k votes (where the residents are actually citizens). That is the big prize the D's are scared of losing - without the flow of immigrants they can't increase the number of seats going to Blue states after the 2020 census.

While your first point about "Law Enforcement Sensitive" is true, remember this is the same DOJ that lied about agents being in "Counterintelligence" to hide their identities. At this point, I do not trust them to tell those performing oversight the truth.

As far as Huber, he was nominated by POTUS and confirmed by the Senate as US Attorney for Utah, and without further authorization all he can do is investigate and forward his findings. Yes, like every other US Attorney, he has an empaneled Grand Jury. That Grand Jury is located in Utah, and like Huber, Utah is their only jurisdiction. The only official document released about Huber's appointment to this investigation at this point is the letter sent to Congress. It said he would review and investigate and mentioned no additional authority. If he does find a crime, it is still up to Sessions and Rosenstein to decide if it will be referred to the US Attorney with jurisdiction.
