I am only guessing, but the owner is likely wealthy in relative terms and is a entrpenposer (my word) that dabbles in progressive enterprises - vinyards, wineries, organic foods, art galleries and the like. So losing her eatery (if she does) accrues little damage to her with respect to what she deserves in terms of public shaming. That won’t happen either. Just another day living with leftists.
