Those "outside entities" were "potential customers" who now face the prospect of being humiliated in front of their families if the owner disagrees with their politics. Not the best business decision.
It might be useful to get a list of names of the staff, who according to the owner, voted in favor of the disgusting behavior. They'll be looking for jobs soon.
