Mark Meadows Rips DOJ on FBI Documents (Still withholding majority of subpoenaed documents.)

House Freedom Caucus Chairman Rep. Mark Meadows took to Twitter on Saturday to attack the Justice Department for only turning over "a small percentage" of the document Congress has subpoenaed on the Russia investigation.

"New reports of DOJ/FBI compliance with document requests are NOT accurate," the North Carolina Republican tweeted. "While they have turned over additional documents, the new documents represent a small percentage of what they owe.

"The notion that DOJ/FBI have been forthcoming with Congress is false."

The Justice Department said Saturday that it had given Congress a new classified information on the Moscow probe.

But a spokeswoman for House Speaker Paul Ryan said Justice officials only partly complied with the subpoena from the House Intelligence and Judiciary committees after they turned over more than a thousand new documents this week.

Well if you’re not going to do anything about it, I guess you can expect more of the same.

Rosenweasel just keeps tossing just enough crumbs to survive until Mueller “gets the goods”. If Trump doesn’t fire that little prick we are all going to suffer.

My guess is that Trump won’t take that action because the GOP is standing at Trump’s flank, at that is the last place you want the GOP standing.

Well, that was my first question. What are they going to do about it? Whatever they have doing, obviously hasn’t worked.

They have to follow through now just as if they got NO documents. They’re being played like a sleazy progressive fiddle.

If Congress fails to follow through this week with their threats of impeaching Roseinstein, Wray and even Sessions, they will clearly out themselves as being complicit in this criminal coverup. President Trump’s life could well be in peril if the DOJ and the FBI are left unscathed in their unconstitutional treachery

“GOP is standing at Trump’s flank”

He should have done it at the beginning of primary season. For the most part hose members are falling over themselves to support trump to win their primaries. Rosenweasel has given Trump more then ample cover to fire him with him with his staling and obfuscations, he even threatened House Members.

At the beginning of last week, we were told there would be “Hell to pay”...if the documents were not forth coming.

Where is the “hell”? Where is the “beef”? And, don’t give me the crap about...”We’ll hold Rosenstein in contempt”...

They held Eric Holder in “contempt”...how did that work out?

Both agencies need to be gutted and re populated so we can go after those who committed these crimes including Mueller and his gang

Time to cut the FBI budget in half, as a start

One would think America’s chief elected body would worry a bit more about the intelligence community establishing itself as a 4th arm of government, as well as their having attempted a coup

***************

Rosenweasel is also stalling in hopes of the Dems retaking the House. This would conveniently shut down the investigations.

Trump has shown zero inclination to fire Rosenweasel, so he keeps on arrogantly stonewalling, obstructing justice, and covering up crimes. This lack of accountability is undermining any faith that might be left in our democracy. Its an extremely serious problem that has been allowed to fester and get worse.

And you are absolutely right: we are all going to suffer from the ramifications of unchecked criminality and insubordination within our government. Why is this nonsense allowed to continue?

They’d need the dummicrats for impeachment. Not going to happen.

Unquestionably true. There are abundant reasons for firing him by now. Yet, he remains in place. The person who is arguably the poster boy for the Swamp is still there.

Trump needs to step up and remove him regardless of the temporary political consequences.

Here Here! Why do they even bother if they don’t plan to enforce or follow up.

Mark Meadows:

The notion that DOJ/FBI have been forthcoming with Congress is false.

And then (from POS Paul Ryan' office):

...a spokeswoman for House Speaker Paul Ryan said Justice officials only partly complied with the subpoena from the House Intelligence and Judiciary committees after they turned over more than a thousand new documents this week.

Ryan's spokeswoman, AshLee Strong, said the department had asked for more time and they will get it — for now.

More time!? More time!?

POS Paul Ryan is the problem. Anyone surprised?

Why can’t they go into the FBI offices with a bunch of armed soldiers and then repeat their request? I bet they’d be taken a lot more seriously.
