I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they were going to be here to film. They were going to do it a few weeks ago but something came up and they postponed. I’m not sure who contacted them or if they’d heard about the museum from one of the other collectors they’ve visited. Those people all know each other.

I’m excited. It’ll be fun to watch how they work to put one of these shows together.

This is a cute little dance number from the 1935 RKO film. The man playing around with the banjo is Gene Sheldon, one of the great musicians of his time. Some will remember him as Bernardo, the mute servant of Don Diego de la Vega, a.k.a. Zorro, from the 1958 Disney TV series.
