Years of questions about how so many DC scandals never ended up with any accountability are now slowly beginning to make sense. Henry Kerner is a missing piece of a very frustrating puzzle…

Thanks to the efforts of Judicial Watch, we now find a name at the very heart of some of the most controversial investigative collapses in modern political history.

The same John McCain staffer who told the IRS to weaponize their database to target Tea Party groups, was intimately involved in Fast-and-Furious, Benghazi, IRS and now -under the Trump administration- “Spygate”.

If you wanted to control or cover-up a DC scandal where would you need to be? What position(s) would you need to control? A) the witnesses, and the investigators. In essence, deep inside the agencies or committees doing the investigation. That’s exactly the functionality where Henry John Kerner comes in.

Here we have Kerner, a typical bum. Click on my picture and read about me. The place is full of these bums. McCain was a traitor. Why would Trump appoint this dude? The IRS came after me in 2012 for being a Tea Party member. IRS said I committed fraud.

Henry Kerner is an American lawyer who serves as the Special Counsel in the United States Office of Special Counsel.

Youth
Kerner grew up in Munich, Germany.

Education
Kerner received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles before obtaining his J.D. at Harvard Law School.[when?]

Career
He worked for 18 years as a prosecutor in California before moving[when?] to Washington D.C. to work on Capitol Hill.[1] In 2011, Kerner joined the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, working beneath Under Chairman Darrell Issa and Chairman Jason Chaffetz.[1][citation needed]

He was also staff director under Ranking Member John McCain at the United States Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. In early 2016, Kerner became Assistant Vice President for Investigations at the nonprofit Cause of Action Institute.[1][2][citation needed] In May 2017, President Donald Trump nominated Kerner to become Special Counsel at the United States Office of Special Counsel[3][2][4]. He was confirmed by the 115th Congress with final voting from the U.S. Senate in October 2017.[5][6]

Special Counsel Kerner issued a statement declaring that “Kellyanne Conway, one of President Donald Trump’s top advisers, violated federal law in two television interviews last year by using her White House position to weigh in on a political race” on March 6, 2017.[7]

What is sick about all of this is that the guy who is particularly responsible for the adjudication of whistleblower complaints in the Federal government and yet he had a huge hand in retaliating against folks trying to hold their government accountable.
