Lenin should not have won that civil war. I think, though, they are not counting on a civil war. When they take power again they are counting on a military purge more massive by several times than Clinton did or Hussein did followed by a gun "buy-back" and then a confiscation. Once they take power again they will feel that they are invincible, There will be mass arrests and liquidations of those they see as the leaders of the reactionaries. They do not expect effective armed resistance. Of , course, battle plans are only good for the first five minutes of the battle then things are different.
