Thank God we have in inferior court created by Congress to over rule the Executive Branch of Government, even though the Executive Branch is supposed to be a Separate but Equal branch of Government, on par with Congress and the Supreme Court!
This whole idea of Consent Decrees seems unconstitional to me.
I live in Maryland and early 2017 Obama and Baltimore Mayor Rawlings-Blake (infamous for her Freddie Gray indictments and resulting humiliating losses in criminal court) rushed into a Consent Decree to tie Baltimore police hands in handling criminals.
Months later under Sessions the justice department goes to court to revisit it and is told by the judge that it cant be revised, Obama’s Decree cant be modified or cancelled.
No law was passed by congress just an agreement between two Dem libs(progressives) enforced by the court and it cant be changed, like a Maryland or Federal law was passed.
