Trump should use Sec. 212(f) of the INA to shut down all immigration at our border – points of entry or otherwise – and route them to the Mexico City embassy. Then, he should use NAFTA to negotiate a deal with Mexico to house them in a facility south of the border and demand funding from Congress in the budget bill.
