I don’t believe they can devise much on their own. They seem incapable of it. They take others ideas and capitalize on it. But of course that is how the world works.

and their tactics were brilliantly conceived and executed.
why would you think the Chinese would be less capable? their kids are shaming ours in hard sciences and engineering.
