Nielson was peaceably assembling and pursuing her right to happiness to sit down and enjoy a quiet dinner.

The jerk demonrat was not there peacefully.

Close that restaurant down, they allowed it to happen, and it should serve as a warning to other restaurants to control their scene.

The way I see it, we have Nielson's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness vs. a domestic enemy. So the adulteration of the 1st amendment says this scumbag was within her rights? Really? So an employee of the federal government has the right to promote activities that are in opposition to the US Constitution? We need a WTF button.
