I think Lou Dobbs showed a video clip of the exchange, but it was from a cell phone (I think), and not the best quality. Also, you could not hear audio. The hand gestures seemed heated.
It was during a vote on cspan so there was no sound and the vote was plastered on the screen as the vote was tallied.
Ryan will probably just get some democrats to push his preferred bill over the line.
This is their last chance. Ryan and the Boehner boys are gone after November.

I believe an immigration bill with amnesty and no wall is a done deal at least in the House. Perhaps the confrontation was staged to give Meadows and his caucus members cover in their home districts. No elected official is beyond pandering.
