It happened in the Netherlands with Pim Fortuyn. He was blasted by the media and the left as a nazi/Mussolini/new Hitler and so on and was killed by a leftist because he wanted to stop Fortuyn. The left and media also tried to arrange this for Geert Wilders, who now has to live with 24/7 armed security and receives threats on a daily basis.
I’m a firm believer that the CIA, or some similar entity, controls the media and as long as we witness this crap we will know the deep state is not yet defeated.
They’re feeding themselves with their failure. That’s why it’s getting worse. Like a crazy person.

The media got Reginald Denny lynched. Also, it got a Baltimore neighborhood burned.
If it is left on right violence, it will be the fault of the right for provoking them. This will be especially true if the violence is directed against the POTUS. If the target is anybody else, the same lines will be repeated (Those evil conservatives provoked the thoughtful caring lefties) but the story will fade away after 48 hours. (ex. Steve Scalise)
If the violence goes the other way, expect the typical Nazi/KKK comparisons. Also expect the panel discussion with typical; lefty SJWs and call for increased police crackdowns on conservatives who they will falsely claim incubated and tacitly encouraged such violence. (Ex. the idiot neo-Nazis in Charlottesville who only were a fraction of those protesting)
The point being that if violence does break out, the media will already have their stories written. They can't be bothered with facts.
