Few are as vile and loathsome as dirtbags burr and collins. Both belong at the end of a rope.
I'm sure they wanted to vote "no" but so did probably 90% of the GOP. They were the ones selected to take the heat so the others could vote YES and still see it fail. Clearly they coordinated with Schumer because they knew how many votes they needed to defect.
