Sounds like neither one of us is a “sun goddess”. LOL! Love the beach but don’t care for lying out in the sun.
A shrimp boil at twilight sounds mighty good!
Ft. Walton and Destin are closer to us than Panama City. Dad lived a couple miles west of Ft. Walton so that’s where we went.
But my heart is with the Outer Banks in NC. Went there several times when I lived in Raleigh.
A bit distracted tonight. Watching today’s House hearing that C-SPAN’s replaying tonight.
Actually, I prefer fishing but it was not an option so that I chose the next best thing.

The radishes and Chinese cabbage sprouted today so that now I have okra, butternut squash, cantaloupe, a wolfberry bush, leek, radish, and bok choy sprouts. I planted the bok choy Sunday and it is already sprouting!

It’s a nice area down there but there aren’t enough waves, unless there’s a storm offshore.
The Outer Banks are beautiful because so much of the islands aren’t built up. A lot of open space to admire. I always went off-season when the crowds weren’t there. Much more relaxing.
This hearing’s been pretty darn good so far. I’m glad I found out it was on tonight.

Peppers but no tomatoes.
Wolfberry is an Asian fruit similar to raspberries or blueberries but the berries are red. There is some medicinal value to them but I do not know exactly. Very healthful or something or other. ;-)
