Jordan was making a point that Rosenstein sat on an incriminating text from Strockz that said (basically) "We will stop him" meaning Trump.

IG sent the text over to Rosenstein a month ago. He didn't disclose it to congress and they only found out about it because it was in the IG report.

I would also add that there's a supposed document show down this week. If Rosenstein and Wray don't turnover all the documents by Friday, then Trump could take action by firing Rosenstein.
