Because we understand that they are hypocrites. They preach on debt, but encourage that you autopay your tithe from your credit card so you never miss a payment. They preach on the love of money and then complain that the church council didn’t give them a big enough raise last year. They preach on sacrificial service and define their role in the church according to the job description.
Sarah called them out. Few will step up. Very few.
