Do you mean Pence/Haley? That would be Pence for president and Haley for vice-president. And some anti-Israel, pro-Islamist geniuses here said that Haley is not eligible to be vice president.

Anyway, she’s eligible to be the president. The fans of Hamas and Iran here are writing fake statements about the law.

Natural born citizen

“Consensus exists that anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark; 14th Amendment.”

.
Children of invaders are not “natural born citizens” because they are not here “under the jurisdiction,” they are here in violation of the jurisdiction!

"Only two citizen parents can make a natural born citizen."

That's incorrect. The term, as used by our nation's founding fathers, came from English law (hyphenated as "natural-born"). It refers to anyone born on U.S. soil just as it did in England pertaining to English soil (except children of diplomats and foreign enemies). That's why courts in the U.S.A. use it to confirm citizenship in many cases.

United States v. Wong Kim Ark
(169 U.S. 649
United States v. Wong Kim Ark (No. 18)
Argued: March 5, 8, 1897
Decided: March 28, 1898)
Cornell Law School

There's been no secret, reptilian plot from the planet Nibiru for courts to disobey the constitution in that respect, and the judges have not done so out of mental retardation. Even Q Anon, the great and false diety of Narcissos, will not change that.

To be subject to our laws is to be subject to our jurisdiction. One who disobeys the law continues to be under the jurisdiction of our laws and thereby subject to our jurisdiction.

The only exclusions are children of foreign diplomats (diplomatic immunity) and foreign enemies (military law), as it was in England.

"And what will we do for South African genocide victims?"

We should grant them asylum, and all of their children born on our soil will be citizens. It's a shame that we're not taking many more of them. Australia is doing more good than we are in that respect.

Granted, we don't need to let Ramaphosa's people in with them. You know that they'll be trying to beat down the gates through every two-bit, creepy NGO to try to get in with the descendants of the Dutch and the French. Suddenly, as with people from all over the Middle East claiming to be Syrian refugees, all of South Africa will claim to be among those descendants.

“The nukes will fly and people will die”......

I hope not.

But Israel has a powerful military and I think they should use it to defend their country, not use the US military to defend their interests like their beef with Iran.

"'The nukes will fly and people will die'......"

You attribute that to me in quotation marks, but I didn't write it. You're a slanderer.

I wrote, "We'll defend Israel. The nukes will fly if necessary."

Then you wrote:
"But Israel has a powerful military and I think they should use it to defend their country, not use the US military to defend their interests like their beef with Iran."

That's our interest, too. The mullahs in Iran have threatened to destroy the U.S.A. many times while developing nukes to do it with. You're too dishonest to blatantly take Iran's side against the U.S.A., so you play the Nazi against Israel and stupidly think you'll get away with it here that way.

This isn't a discussion board for terrorist enemies of the U.S.A. Go away.

"Freedom is everybody's business, Remember Pastor Niemoller" And your tagline stinks. Niemoller went from being a Nazi to being a commie. Both of those evil political philosophies are antithetical to freedom.

The Neocon Police State sort of resembles both (Nazi and Commie state) when you really think about it really comes to life with their support of head chopping jihadists in Libya and Syria.

Please explain why the Senate Resolution for McCain specifies his TWO citizen parents as to why he was a natural born citizen.

>>>Please explain the Senate Resolution for McCain that specified his TWO citizen parents as the reason he was a natural born citizen<<<

I’m not a Senator, ask one of them. I don’t think it made any difference that BOTH of his Parent’s were Citizens since one will do (see next sentence).

People here said it was just a ruse to cover for Obama’s Mommy being a U.S. Citizen, not that it mattered since he was born on U.S. Soil. Heck, Cruz was born in Canada and only one of his Parent’s was a U.S. Citizen.

In McCain’s case, the issue was whether he was born on U.S. Soil. Not sure if that was ever determined. I heard the Hospital he was born in was not within the Boundaries of the Panama Canal Zone which belonged to us before Carter gave it away.

He's not a natural-born citizen, but it's likely that the framers of the Constitution did not intend to exclude children of U.S. military fathers posted under orders on foreign soil from the office of president. That was the issue behind the legally ineffective Senate Resolution.

Considering the meaning of the phrase from English law in the minds of the framers of the Constitution, the intent was that a person in question be reared in an American social and political environment with loyalty exclusively to the U.S. It was the common sense of reasonable men that continues.

The same would not be nearly as assured with, for example, civilian parents with a child in a foreign country. That child would far more likely be reared with foreign values and foreign or ambiguous allegiance, and could present a Trojan-like threat to U.S. security.
