The fact that Strzok has not been fired and that he has not been subpoenaed to testify before Congress suggests that he is talking to investigators and has been turned. Sessions may yet surprise us. May have cut a deal to avoid jail for himself and his mistress.
This whole thing stinks worse and worse.
Mueller’s prosecution of Flynn contradicts the FBI’s assessment of hsi testimony. It seems to be going around.

This is one of the most important analysis of the IG’s report I’ve seen because it deals with WHAT WAS NOT ASKED and what was left hanging by the IG (and not further explored).
If Strzok lied again, along with the female attorney, then the IG/DOJ have to go find the third person involved, put him under oath, and grill the shit out of him about this coverup. It could bring Strzok another long jail sentence as well as this corrupt woman, and any other FBI people who failed to do “due diligence” on the Weiner-Abedein computer searches, their team leaders, all the way up the food chain of corruption.
I’ll give you a personal example (which I have mentioned before) to illustrate the point about “WHAT IS NTO ASKED”.
In S. VN I had access to several very high level No. Vietnamese and VC defectors at an informal sit-down along with one of our top intell analysts who was handling them.
I had a few specific questions to ask them (because of their military seniority and age/experiences - One was part of the NVA forces stationed in Laos in 1959-61). After asking a question about political unrest in NVN during the 1960’s, one of the three told us about a revolt by No. Vietnamese over Hanoi’s internal policies, which was brutally put down with the possibility of hundreds of executions.
My JUSPAO official hadn’t heard of this event. Nor had the CIA (as I learned later). More research unearthed other classified information about events in NVN ranging from political unrest, armed attacks by NVN on PAVN forces on the Ho Chi Minh Trail, and also about NVN/probably Red Chinese heroin smuggling operations into So. Vietnam.
I had a “need to know” relationship with several key VN analysts and strategists during the course of the war because I was a journalist who had uncovered a lot of new information on Communist operations against the US during the war, esp. in the US, but now in the theater of war.
As a journalist, I learned that “the question not asked, the clue not followed” is a far greater journalist crime than just laziness or incompetence.
Another example I was told about by a law enforcement officer. For those of you old enough to remember the police raid on the Mafia chiefs meeting in Appalachia, NY in the 1950’s, it didn’t happen by FBI/police surveillance, etc. In fact, they didn’t know that the key regional mafia heads were even in the state.
One state trooper, on his routine patrol in the Appalachia area, stopped into a grocery store to do his regular check and talk to the manager. During the course of the conversation, wherein the officer had asked if the manager had seen anything unusual going on (a routine question), the manager replied yes.
A couple of men came into the place and ordered all kinds of Italian meats, breads, and other foods, enough for a dozen or more people, which was very unusual for that area, and he didn’t recognize them as being from around there.
The State Trooper called the information in to his headquarters who then noticed the FBI that the manager had seen a lot of out-of-state license plates on the cars of those who were ordering the food. Plate checks were run and they were traced to known Mafia members from as far west as Chicago.
However, by the time a major police/FBI team could get assembled (because of the distances involved) and got to the house, the Mob bosses had fled out the back door and into the woods. Only a few low level soldiers were caught and their only charge was “consorting with known criminals”.
HOWEVER, the State Trooper, on a routine patrol DID ASK THE RIGHT QUESTION and the rest is history.
Two FBI agents in Arizona and Minnesota asked the right questions of aviation pilot trainers who were teaching foreigners (the Saudi 9/11 hijackers) how to fly major aircraft, but the students were only interested in flying, not landing.
This information was sent to the FBI regional headquarters but was literally ignored by the bureaucrats there, thus letting 9/11 happen.
The agents HAD ASKED THE RIGHT QUESTIONS BUT THEIR SUPERIORS FAILED THEM.
This is one lesson that we must learn from the whole Mueller/FBI/DOJ “Dossiergate” fiasco, cover-up, and silent coup attempt.
If IG Horowitz is unable or unwilling to ask the RIGHT questions, then a new, more powerful Special Counsel must be pointed immediately to finish the initial work of the IG.
Time is of the essence and Mueller is using time against Trump, Sessions, and the American people. IT IS TIME THAT WE STARTED USING TIME AGAINST MUELLER, ROSENSTEIN, WEISSMAN, AND ALL THE OTHER CONSPIRATORS AND OBSTRUCTIONISTS, FROM THE DOJ/FBI, IRS TO THE CLINTON CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION AND OBAMA’S BUNCH OF TREASONOUS BASTARDS (Lynch, Holder, Comey, Mueller, McCabe, Weissman, etc).
And the time for that counter-offensive is NOW!

The Weiner laptop has something on it that forced Comey to re open his “investigation” only weeks before the election. Talk about an October Surprise.
I bet the FIB forced them to destroy any copies or they did it willingly. There is something very strange about the laptop.
