Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and French President Emmanuel Macron met in Paris after a days-long row over the fate of the rescue ship Aquarius.
Italy had refused to accept the vessel, carrying more than 600 African migrants, diverting it to Spain.
Mr Conte and Mr Macron have now agreed the current system must be reformed.
Mr Macron proposed building migration centres in countries of departure, including Libya, from which many people attempt a dangerous sea crossing to Europe - an idea he has raised in the past.

3. Sink the “rescue ships”.
4. The angry “migrants” will then “take care of” the people smugglers to whom they paid good money.

So how’s that NATO war on Libya and Kaddafy on behalf of black flag waving Al Qeida looking in hindsight? Wonder if the Euroweenies even think about it?

From a historical perspective, perhaps there are no good answers. Western civilization had a pretty good 500 year run, from about 1500 to 2000. That's about as long as the Roman Empire had. Perhaps it's cyclical, since those that created Western civilization seem unable to defend it and to breed in numbers to sustain it.

Stop giving foreign aid to Africa. Start helping Africa by NOT helping them. Let them figure it out themselves, or let private investors and entrepreneurs rebuild their countries.
As long as they dont separate the children.
We had a part in it, no doubt. But it was in complete cahoots with Euro leaders.
Take over disfunctional African nations and administer them. Send the invaders back to their continent.
