Podesta is a great example of selective prosecution. Mueller proves his bias by only going after Manafort and Gates for those crimes. As for Constitutional rights, are Manafort's being violated? The 5am raid and level of harassment since are treading the line. But that's life as a former Trump associate. Just today Trump put Manafort squarely in front of the bus by saying Manafort only worked for him for 49 days or something like that. I want to focus on what is important and Manafort is not more important than any other criminal suspect in America. He deserves the same due process as anyone else no less and no more than that.
That said, I appreciate Manafort's help for Trump. I especially appreciate Trump taking endless abuse. He didn't need this job.

President Trump refuses to let foreigners to take advantage of America and I am sure that he will defend the Republic and the Office of the President with equal zeal but, in politics timing is everything.

I agree. It’s the equivalent of going ‘all in’ in poker. Only the stakes are much much higher here. Not just for his presidency but for the very survival of the country.
