FBI Director Christopher Wray on Thursday said he "appreciates" and took "very seriously" a new report from the Justice Department's watchdog that examines the conduct of several officials including James Comey, the former director.
The report found that Comey deviated from FBI and Justice Department norms while he was leading the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server. The Justice Department's inspector general, Michael Horowitz, released the 568-page report on Thursday. . . . "Those people are having to make important decisions that protect lives," Wray said. "The opinions of the people that they have to engage with on that work, those are the opinions that matter to me."

I think Wray may be right.
The people who did this were Obama loyalists and due to the breathtaking lack of professionalism, and the contempt that they expressed for the vast majority of their fellow agents, that tells me that they are a small but likely overpaid minority. The Clinton probe was closely held and the number of agents associated with it were limited to under 50.
The thing that needs to happen is for this cadre of lunatics to be removed. How can they be relied on to serve a public that they despise?

While that can be true, Wray should have done an immediate purge upon taking charge. Instead he made himself part of the problem by actively supporting hiding the stupid FBI TXT’s based on “national security”.
He should have come in chopping off heads, instead he supported the deep state.
Question: What happens when a sizeable chunk of the population decides that a law enforcement agency and the government behind it are illegitimate?
