I guess he couldn’t prosecute Hillary for setting up an illegal server and storing classified documents on an unsecured server and sending emails through unsecure channels because he is just as guilty. Sorry for those poor schlubs in the military who have served time for such. They are just little people. Little people do not matter.
Oh well then. Hillary set up the POTUS to be a part of her illegal scheme to take money for foreign governments in exchange for favors. Obviously, Bill came up with the plan.

Any federal employee that uses personal email for government business should be prosecuted.

Another reason he decided to exonerate Hillary before the investigation even started.
Either repeal FOIA and allow every federal employee to do it or throw these dirtballs who do it in jail.
There is no reasonable middle ground here.
