J/W announced a federal court order issued by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan for a hearing Thurs/ October 11, to compel testimony about the email practices of former SOS Hillary Clinton........a response to J/W's FOIA lawsuit WRT the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, Hillary's Deputy Chief of Staff. The lawsuit, which seeks records regarding the authorization facilitated by Hillary for Abedin to engage in outside employment while employed by the Dept of State, was reopened, because of revelations about the clintonemail.com system.

Sen Grassley wrote: "It appears that one of Abedin's clients, the Clinton-connected Teneo Strategies founded by Doug Band---said to be the toll booth to pay up to get access to the Clintons. Doug Band is the one that facilitated the Clintons' big buck speaking engagements as part of the access deals.
