Yep. Norway is a rich country. They are a major oil exporter. They can start spending at least 2% of GDP on Defense if they have real security concerns. If they don’t have real security concerns as demonstrated by an unwillingness to meet their NATO obligations, they won’t be needing those marines.

Time for the Yurps to grow up.
