True, but a bullet fired by a female resistance fighter would kill a German as dead as one fired by a man.

And if women had been shot at by Germans as much as men, nobody would be upset.

Yep, and she had to be rescued by that Brit soldier when the German soldier was drowning her.

That’s like saying the Marines in KP duty don’t serve on the front lines. Forget that every Marine is a rifleman.

You have much to learn.

It wont involve combat, but I’m sure dome sort of gameplay could be invented? Maybe pretty boring, but whatever!

Let's ferry a B-17 from the mainland US to Britain! Tons of action and fun!

"Women can go longer without sleep."

Subjective.

"Women have higher resistance to pain than men."

Subjective.

"Women resist the cold better than men."

Subjective.

"Women require less nourishment or water than men require to remain effective."

That's because women are smaller (generally speaking). That smaller amount of food and water to maintain functionality of a smaller and weaker body also yields a lower maximum of effectiveness.

"Endurance is something that women have in great abundance."

This is something that studies conducted by the Services have proven decidedly false. How do you define endurance? They ability to be about 40% more likely to suffer broken bones as a result of less bone density? The ability to lift less weight, to the point of moving your own body less effectively?

There is an article I'd like to find. When the Marine Corps was conducting it's studies a couple of years ago on women in combat, there was instance of an all male unit and a female unit crossing a high barrier. The males pulled themselves over and continued on. The female squad was thoroughly stopped. They clambered. They boosted. They slowly pulled each other up. tossed their rucksacks over. They eventually went on their way.

Secretary Mabus said that example SUPPORTS the idea of putting women in combat. Because they put their heads together, ginned up some problem solving, and tried their best.

That is what you sound like right now.

I am so tired of effete SJFs screeching “it’s not political correctness, it’s historical fact” over statistical null sets.

Please do not assume. I am planning to retire soon from the Army. Waiting to see if I am picked up for LTC this year; if so, I’ll retire in about three years.

I was also Navy enlisted, many eons ago. I made it to PO2 (E-5) before I got out.

So I actually do know a couple of things about the military.

My son has pointed out to me how a number ofWW1 games have jammed large numbers of Black and Asian troops into both sides of a Western front game.
Granted the Allies had some colonial troops on the Western Front, but the overwhelming majority of those on both sides were white men.

You’re full if it. Take a walk to the dunny. Trump has given massive support to the military all of his life. Obama tried to destroy the military and Trump is building it back up. Don’t dare mention the name of that fraud who occupied the white house for eight years in the same sentence as its present occupant. The military loves Trump. So do the Vets!

To pretend differently is asinine...

It's also pretty damn demeaning to the vital roles women DID fill!

"Forget that every Marine is a rifleman."

Yep. Especially the pilots.

Every Marine who is not going infantry gets Basic plus 4 weeks of infantry training before moving on to MOS school. While this gives every Marine good fundamentals, it does not mean every Marine is capable of being an effective infantry soldier...Or an effective rifleman.

The women in Vietnam were mostly nurses in the evac hospitals or doughnut dollies in Saigon.

“The Israelian Army was stronger for its women’s presence in combat.”

It would behoove you to educate yourself on the reality of women in the IDF:

On 26 May 1948, Prime Minister David Ben Gurion officially set up the IDF as the country’s army. On 18 August 1948, mandatory conscription for single and married women without children (born between the years 1920-1930) began...

...Women served in many positions including nurses, signal operators, drivers, clerks, cooks and more. ...

...Apart from the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, when manpower shortages saw many Palmach and IDF women taking active part in land battles, women were historically barred from battle in the IDF, serving in a variety of technical and administrative support roles. Soon after the establishment of the IDF, the removal of all women from front-line positions was decreed...

...In 2000, the Equality amendment to the Military Service law stated that “The right of women to serve in any role in the IDF is equal to the right of men.”[3] The amendment that female lawmakers had drafted granted equal opportunities to women found physically and personally suitable for a job...

...The most notable combat option for women is the Caracal Battalion, which is a light infantry force that is made up of 70 percent female soldiers...

...Despite being officially classified as combat soldiers, women in combat roles are not deliberately deployed into into combat situations. They are expected to respond in the event a combat situation does erupt, but are not deployed to situations where there is a high risk of combat.

The Navy and Marine Corps use a V on certain awards to denote combat. The Army uses the V for valor

I am referring to landnav and grenade quals being dropped from Army Basic. To pass/fail requirements being dropped from Marine OCS. To Maternity BATTLE Dress Uniforms and ponytail helmets and girls in the infantry. To the continued social engineering and gender-bender accommodations and tranny pandering. That sort of thing.

But I guess you think those are goods things, so I digress.

There are certainly cases where women can fill certain combat roles, and most men who serve alongside them, after overcoming their prejudices, see such women as an equal Sister in arms.

The world has changed...

Wanna bet?

I would like nothing more than to see woman treated as absolute equals in combat.

One person to blame: Anita Sarkeesian of “feminist frequency”
She’s why Mass Effect Andromeda had frumpy character models and you couldn’t make a white character at launch.
It’s absolutely idiotic.
And with the “historical” games it is worse.
