White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders called out a CNN producer for fake news about the G7 Summit on Saturday.
The saga started when Dan Scavino, an assistant to the president, tweeted out a behind-the-scenes photo of negotiations at the annual summit.
Sanders hit back hard at Hughes, tweeting, Congratulations! Once again you are wrong.
There was no some kind of group signing taking place, she wrote. It was all negotiations. We were there. You were not.
Sanders finished by asking if the CNN producer would retract his clever and completely inaccurate tweet.

You blew out the context by not posting the CNN tweet to which Sanders was replying to.
CNN producer Greg Hughes, apparently unhappy that the photo showed a number of world leaders gathering around President Trump, insisted that the photo was just clever visual messaging and claimed without evidence that the event was a group signing.
Pretty clever visual messaging here from the White House taking some kind of group signing event and framing it instead to show President Trump seemingly holding court, Hughes tweeted.
CNN is saying right now that Trump refused to sign a joint statement.
I would never watch CNN voluntarily, but was in a restaurant and saw it on the text.
CNN claimed it was a “signing event”? What? A get-well card for Melania?
Wet noodle lashes? Yeah, kinda missed a piece in my haste to post it.
As if any of them would care to sign a get well card for Melania.
Sarah Sanders should have cards made up saying this... then when CNN lies intentionally OR they’re just flat out wrong - she can hand them a card...
Fifth-column leftist CNN Greg Hughes wrote: “I was incorrect, have removed the previous tweet, and apologize.”
The sincerity of that apology is as believable as the explanation to Little Red Riding Hood’s “But Grandmother! What big ears you have.”
Love It!
Sarah is always far ahead of the slanderous presstitutes.

UPDATE (Sunday, June 10, 10:00 AM ET):
Hughes deleted his tweet and apologized on Saturday evening.
Earlier today, I tweeted a photo of leaders at the G-7 and mistakenly referred to it as a signing event, Hughes wrote in his apology tweet. The White House says the images were taken during negotiations between the leaders. I was incorrect, have removed the previous tweet, and apologize.
I love a good press Huckabeating.
CNN has it’s panties in a bunch after the super wedgie Trump gave them at one of his press conferences.
I want to add to post 16 that PDJT was angry at the question the reporter asked and his disdain for CNN was unusually harsh and somewhat hateful.
They ought to remember that they’re gambling with their careers on the line when they ask Trump a question in that manner.
