There are three key things that you could do, and it would make a difference in Africa. Shipping their brightest off to Europe, or bringing in tons of food every year....isn’t one of the three things.

First, you establish a real road network, where trade can take place....crossing borders. Second, you establish clean water for drinking and irrigation. Third, you go and establish a real electrical network/grid....without any entanglement into solar or wind.

If you accomplished these three things, it would transform Africa in three short decades into a capitalist land.

Until you have good governments and good governance in African states, neither will foreign investment come in, nor will corruption hinder the efficiency of, and waste in, “infrastructure development”. There is only one thing Africa needs - good governments and with them good governance. The rest - foreign investment and domestic revenues for infrastructure development will follow.

Fat chance. You mean like Rhodesia and South Africa?

The moment whites leave the jungle returns.

The reason is the “Bell Curve”.
