Under normal circumstances, I would think there would be any number of law enforcement and investigatory agencies in Washington DC that could be tasked to investigate this theft and track down the people who took the server as well as the server itself.

Of course we know that those investigatory agencies have themselves become the tools of forces that tried to tip the last election to Hillary Clinton, and so cannot be trusted to do their jobs.

Having worked in government facilities myself, I know there are video cameras everywhere, including in server closets and other storage areas. There are also card entry systems everywhere, and access to secure areas and compounds is impossible without swiping an ID or CAC card in view of a camera.
