And some are unaware that Sessions made his recusal intentions clear during his confirmation hearings and want to pretend Trump wasn’t paying attention.

Trump pays attention to everything.

Ah, the old fall back of calling Trump a liar. It was just a matter of time.

How is it possible for the Senate to speak on a position that has no nominee? If Sessions is fired or resigns President will nominate a replacement. Then the Senate can do its thing whatever that might be. Nothing is cut in stone. Until the Senate confirms or denies a replacement, there would be an ‘acting’ Attorney General.

‘How is it possible for the Senate to speak on a position that has no nominee?’

If you’d been paying attention you’d already know the answer to this question.

Trump:

“Sessions should have never recused himself and if he was going to recuse himself he should have told me before he took the job and I would have picked somebody else.”

Jeff Sessions is refusing to do his job(He’s actually protecting the corrupt state) and refusing to step down. Let that sink in...

And trump is refusing to fire him. Let that sink in.

With the demoncrats a lock for impeachment and 90 percent of your ‘own’ party just waiting for an excuse, it’s not surprising Trump has been reluctant to drop the hammer on that POS keebler elf and his cabal of obama stooges

Your ‘Trump is a liar,’ routine is just repugnant. Isn’t Maxine Waters the big, ‘Trump is a liar,’ megaphone? Do we have to wade through her hateful screed here, too?

The only fantasy here is you thinking POTUS could have plausibly withdrawn Sessions appointment in the middle of his confirmation process due to his offer of recusal. Had Trump done that it would have been the biggest firestorm in DC since Watergate. Guaranteed.

Trump has a higher level of risk letting this continue than if he ended the farces right now. He has to inflate his balls a little more and then let McConnell show what a puss he really us. He now has a majority the country on his side and the fraud is obvious to most..

When you let someone tell you not to fire an incompetent in a very important position, you are surrendering your power and responsibility.

IIRC it was Frankenstein of MN that questioned Sessions on the ‘law’ that disallows one to investigate them self. By law Sessions could not. investigate the Trump campaign. Nor could anyone who had any affiliation with the Trump campaign. Frankenstein even tried to necklace Sessions with some Russian diplomat the libtards invited to visit Congress.

Well no one can say that Nixon let anybody tell him who he couldn’t fire.

That’s correct. But trump is not nixon, he is the victim not the perp and the majority now believes the investigation is a coup and a farce.
No one believed that about nixon, except a few hardliners here...

I actually agree with you. I would rather have NO ONE in the DOJ than the current staff of obama stooges and backstabbers.

It’s a gamble either way. If it were me, I would’ve fired sessions/rosenstein/mueller last year. But that’s easy for me to say...

How else can President Trump educate the general population? What mass media outlet has ever truthfully covered the crimes of the Clintons and obama and Congress. My guess is the majority of Americans have no clue who is the Attorney General. Trump speak stimulates the act of questioning by people who normally do not care.
