One has to be concussed to still watch that crap game show they put on every Sunday in the fall/winter.
I hope Trump starts attacking them on the taxpayer subsidized stadiums these dirtbag freaks got.
The NFL commissioner just got a contract for 5 years/$200M. The construction costs of Heinz Field here in the People’s Republic of Pittsburgh were $230M in 1998 ... that’s about $375M today ... if the commissioner is worth over half of an NFL playground/gameshow stage, then that league should have been funding their own frigging arenas for years now.
Let’s not forget the disgusting cash grabs by scummy teams of MLB. The Pittsburgh Pirates are the poster child of why subsidized playgrounds are a joke ... owner Bob Nutting pockets north of $25M every year while taxpayers are paying the interest on the bonds that built his gameshow park (north of $10M) as well as stadium upgrades so that fans are distracted by the piss poor product that piece of human trash fields.
To say I’m beyond sickened by stadiums that do NOTHING for taxpayers is an understatement. Once the gravity of taxpayer waste was clear to me, I couldn’t go back to supporting any of that trash garbage. Another thing I find repulsive is that the NFL uses lots of state schools as a minor leagues for their “talent”.
Seriously ... why does the NFL get a free minor league system?!?!!? It’s appalling how people turn a blind eye to these sports leagues pillaging of public dollars. They’re goddamn game shows ... nothing more!!! Knowing trivia about football or “The Price is Right” is no different in my mind ... it’s all worthless!!!! :-)

There was a time when having a pro sports team attracted big businesses to your area. I know we lost one major corporation and jobs here to Atlanta because the new CEO’s wife liked the NFL.
Happily, I think those days are winding down fast as pro sports leagues continue shooting themselves in the foot and pissing off more and more of their audience.
The hell with the National Felon League.
I have been thinking of this as well. As the NFL loses its ratings, it will be politically easier to revoke the anti trust exemption. Then watch the whole league fall into disrepair.
The NFL is itself to blame for their demise. My wish is that the politicians will move fast on revoking any favorable exemptions and tax subsidies.
The NFL is why I am a season ticket holder in the NHL.
